Kolsch is a style of beer from Koln Germany. It is by far my favorite beer ever. I can find Kolsch style beer but can not get real Kolsch beer. Does anyone have a confirmed website where I can order real Kolsch beer? I live in California if it helps

Also if you can, please tell me what happens to a beer when it’s past it’s expiration date? I have tried rob hook (copper hook spring brew), and 2 different michelob brews. These were past there due date so it could explain the bad taste, but what is the best tasting beer though? There are so many varieties to try, but I don’t want to waste my time with bad stuff. What does a good beer taste like?

I can drink beer from a can or bottle and I am fine, but if I drink beer from tap it gives me bad headache, even after only 2 or 3 beers. Brand doesn’t seem to matter, all tap beer gives me a headache, why is that?

I am 18, headed off to college and I must say I don’t like the taste of beer that much. Certain beers(coors lite) give me such a bitter taste I can’t even stand one can. I would appreciate answers ONLY relating to how I can make beer taste better. Anything you guys do to your beers? Please no answers about how I am underage or how I just should’t drink beer would be appreciated. Thanks.

In Nebraska and California, how old do you have to be to drink beer?
Okay…legally.

Newt asked:

Our local bar only serves beer (draft, bottle & can), a few choice wines, and the malt beverages. I’ld like to discover different drinks that can be made with beer that do not require adding liquor.
Recipes would be nice – I’d like to liven up the locals a little!

I accidently left a case of beer on my back porch for 24 hours at about 20-30 degrees F. I’ve read that beer gets skunked by light and not really by warming, although that can hurt the flavor. I want to bring the beer into my dark basement (where I usually keep it) and its about 50 degrees down there but I don’t know if that is the best choice. Should I just keep it on the porch and cover it with dark blankets or something? Would the beer already be bad?
The beer a porter, it is in brown bottles and still in the box- I”m hoping it got very little light.

My boyfriend loves his beer, and i’m looking for a beer of the month club that has great selections and quality. I’d also prefer a pay by the month club. If anyone can help, let me know!

FREDDYN asked:

I am having a party and bought many cases of bottled beer. From experience I know that much beer gets wasted because someone puts their bottle down next to a bunch of other bottles on the table, and because they don’t remember which one is theirs that take another fresh one leaving a half drank beer wasted. At the end of the night, I have to dump dozens of half drank beers. Such a waste. How do I prevent that from happening?
