Jesse had an awfully difficult time maintaining a job. As a matter of fact, due to his sluggishness and lack of incentive, he was without a job far more regularly than he was employed. And when he did land a job, he had an extremely hard time getting to work on time, he typically got less than great performance assessments, and he called off sick so habitually that he typically got fired four or five weeks after he started working. To no one’s wonder, one of the effects of Jesse’s less than optimal work record was the fact that he was virtually penniless almost everyday.

Despite Jesse’s crummy employment history and financial misbehavior, however, somehow he made it a point to drink irresponsibly almost everyday.

So it came as no big surprise when Jesse received a second DWI. When he went before the court, the judge told Jesse that his alcohol-related actions was appalling and, as a consequence, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve nine months in the county jail.

Time In The City Jail To Reflect On The Hurtful Results of Irresponsible Drinking

During his time in the county jail, Jesse was expected to learn more about alcohol facts, about the harmful effects of abusive and hazardous drinking, and he was required to get alcohol treatment. The magistrate highlighted the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol treatment and discovers how to live an alcohol-free life, he will most likely be spending quite a bit of his time placed behind bars.

Jesse articulated that he understood what the magistrate was asserting but he still felt that incarceration was not the best ruling. The magistrate saw things from an entirely different perspective and claimed that it was his duty to keep individuals off the streets who drive and drink and who receive one or more DUIs. To validate this assertion, the judge articulated some honored, comprehensively researched alcohol statistics that emphasized some of the harmful outcomes that are linked to excessive drinking.

Although Jesse comprehended that he drank in an abusive manner, he never felt that he was an alcohol addicted person. So it was quite a shock when Jesse began experiencing symptoms of alcohol withdrawal approximately eight hours after getting incarcerated.

To manage his alcohol withdrawals in a safe and sound manner, Jesse was taken by ambulance to a rehab hospital for alcohol detoxification and then returned to the local jail. While locked up in the municipal jail Jesse was given alcohol rehabilitation but due to the fact that he got this therapy as something that was mandated for him, he was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his hazardous and excessive drinking.

When his time in jail was over, the judge forcefully told Jesse that he would be under careful surveillance and would be mandated to take random breath alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Irresponsible Drinking Stops Him From Living in an Effective and Responsible Manner

After hearing how Jesse was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his drinking circumstances and how he unenthusiastically followed the therapy code of behavior while in the city jail, the magistrate knew that it was just a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his excessive and abusive drinking behavior. As the magistrate thought about Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some people never “connect the dots” and discover how to live in an adult and responsible manner.

Jesse had an exceedingly difficult time maintaining a job. Indeed, because of his inactivity and lack of motivation, he was unemployed far more regularly than he was in work. And when he did find a job, he had a difficult time getting to work on time, he regularly got less than passing performance reviews, and he called off sick so often that he typically got fired two or three weeks after he started working. To no one’s surprise, one of the effects of Jesse’s shameful work record was the fact that he was virtually penniless on a day-to-day basis.

In spite of Jesse’s less than stellar work track record and financial lack of attention, on the other hand, somehow, someway he made it a point to drink in an irresponsible and abusive manner on a day-to-day basis.

So it came as no big surprise when Jesse got arrested for a second DWI. When he went to court, the magistrate told Jesse that his alcohol-related conduct was deplorable and, as a result, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve nine months incarcerated in jail.

Time While Locked Up In Jail To Reflect On The Negative Results of Irresponsible Drinking

During his time in the municipal jail, Jesse was required to learn more about alcohol facts, about the harmful consequences of irresponsible drinking, and he was required to get alcohol treatment. The judge emphasized the fact that unless Jesse gets professional alcohol treatment and discovers how to live a life of sobriety, he will more likely than not be spending a lot more time in jail.

Jesse stated that he understood what the judge was proclaiming but he still felt that jail was not the correct punishment. The magistrate saw things in an entirely different way and said that it was his professional job to keep alcohol abusers off the streets who drink and drive and who get arrested for a DUI. To authenticate this assertion, the magistrate outlined some long-standing, comprehensively researched alcohol statistics that highlighted some of the adverse results that are correlated with abusive and hazardous drinking.

Even though Jesse knew that he drank a great deal, he never thought that he was an individual who was addicted to alcohol. So it was a real shocker when Jesse started to have symptoms of alcohol withdrawal just about four-and-a-half hours after getting incarcerated.

To manage his alcohol withdrawals in a safe and secure manner, Jesse was taken to an alcohol rehabilitation hospital for alcohol detox and then returned to the local jail. While in jail Jesse undertook a mental health examination and undertook alcohol therapy but since he got this rehab as something that was mandated for him, he failed to take ownership of his hazardous and irresponsible drinking.

When his time in the local jail was over, the magistrate without indecision announced to Jesse that he would be under stringent surveillance and would be mandated to take periodic blood alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Hazardous Drinking Prevents Him From Living in a Productive and Mature Manner

After hearing how Jesse neglected to take ownership of his drinking situation and how he reluctantly followed the rehab policy and procedures while in the city jail, the judge knew that it was basically a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his careless drinking behavior. As the magistrate reflected on Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some people never figure things out and learn how to live in a productive and mature manner.

Jesse had an awfully hard time keeping a job. In fact, because of his lethargy and lack of drive, he was without a job far more often than he was employed with a job. And when he did land a job, he had an exceedingly difficult time getting to work when his shift began, he regularly received less than passing performance evaluations, and he called off sick so regularly that he almost always got fired two or three weeks after he started working. It goes without saying that one of the effects of Jesse’s terrible employment history was the fact that he was virtually broke most of the time.

Regardless of Jesse’s less than acceptable employment history and financial laxity, conversely, by hook or by crook he made it his business to drink in an abusive manner from day-to-day.

So it came as no big shock when Jesse received a second DWI. When he went to court, the judge told Jesse that his alcohol-related behavior was deplorable and, as a consequence, he was going to sentence Jesse to spend eleven months in the city jail.

Time In The City Jail To Reflect On The Hurtful Outcomes of Hazardous and Abusive Drinking

During his time behind bars, Jesse was required to learn more about alcohol facts, about the adverse outcomes of abusive and hazardous drinking, and he was required to get alcohol rehab. The judge emphasized the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol therapy and learns how to live a life of sobriety, he will most probably be spending a lot more time in jail.

Jesse stated that he comprehended what the judge was asserting but he still claimed that placement in the city jail was not the best sentence. The judge saw things from an entirely different orientation and asserted that it was his professional job to keep people off the streets who drive and drink and who receive multiple DWIs. To substantiate this assertion, the magistrate listed some revered, highly researched alcohol statistics that stressed some of the adverse outcomes that are associated with hazardous and abusive drinking.

Even though Jesse grasped the fact that he drank in a hazardous and excessive manner, he never felt that he was a person who was dependent on alcohol. So it was a big surprise when Jesse started to experience alcohol withdrawal symptoms around three hours after getting incarcerated.

To deal with his alcohol withdrawals in a safe and sound manner, Jesse was taken to a drug and alcohol treatment center for alcohol detox and then brought back to the city jail. While in jail Jesse was given alcohol treatment but due to the fact that he received this treatment as something that was forced upon him, he did not take ownership of his irresponsible and abusive drinking.

When his time in jail was over, the magistrate without hesitation announced to Jesse that he would be under rigorous observation and would be required to take periodic random breathalyzer alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Excessive Drinking Prevents Him From Living in a Mature and Accountable Manner

After hearing how Jesse failed to take ownership of his drinking circumstances and how he grudgingly followed the counseling modus operandi while in jail, the magistrate knew that it was basically a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his careless drinking behavior. As the judge thought about Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some people never “connect the dots” and discover how to live in an accountable and productive manner.

Jesse had a difficult time maintaining a job. In fact, due to his sluggishness and lack of incentive, he was jobless far more frequently than he was gainfully employed. And when he did find a job, he had an exceptionally difficult time getting to work when his shift began, he often got less than acceptable performance evaluations, and he called off sick so often that he almost always got fired two or three weeks after he began working. Obviously, one of the effects of Jesse’s shameful work record was the fact that he was just about flat broke almost on a daily basis.

In spite of Jesse’s shameful employment record and financial lack of attention, however, by hook or by crook he made it a point to drink a great deal from day-to-day.

So it came as no big surprise when Jesse received a second DWI. When he went to court, the judge stated to Jesse that his alcohol-related behavior was appalling and, as a consequence, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve ten months in the local jail.

Time In Jail To Think About The Disruptive Effects of Thoughtless Drinking

During his time behind bars, Jesse was required to learn more about alcohol facts, about the damaging consequences of hazardous drinking, and he was expected to get alcohol counseling. The judge stressed the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol treatment and learns how to live a life of sobriety, he will most probably be spending a considerable amount of time in the city jail.

Jesse articulated that he comprehended what the magistrate was uttering but he still felt that incarceration was not the most productive decision. The judge thought otherwise and asserted that it was his professional responsibility to keep alcohol addicted people off the streets who drink and drive and who get multiple DWIs. To give credibility to this view, the magistrate outlined some venerable, highly researched alcohol statistics that underlined some of the unhealthy consequences that are correlated with hazardous drinking.

Even though Jesse knew that he drank in an abusive and hazardous manner, he never believed that he was an alcohol addicted individual. So it was a big bombshell when Jesse started to experience alcohol withdrawal symptoms around two-and-a-half hours after getting locked up in the county jail.

To monitor his symptoms of alcohol withdrawal in a safe and sound manner, Jesse was taken by ambulance to a drug and alcohol treatment hospital for alcohol detoxification and then returned to the city jail. While locked up in jail Jesse undertook alcohol rehabilitation but since he got this counseling as something that was imposed upon him, he failed to take ownership of his irresponsible and hazardous drinking.

When his time in jail was completed, the judge without faltering announced to Jesse that he would be under rigorous observation and would be required to take random urine alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Excessive and Irresponsible Drinking Stops Him From Living in a Productive and Mature Manner

After hearing how Jesse was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his drinking problem and how he unenthusiastically followed the therapy modus operandi while in the city jail, the judge knew that it was only a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his excessive drinking behavior. As the judge reflected on Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some people never use their intellect and discover how to live in an accountable and responsible manner.

Jesse had an extremely difficult time maintaining a job. As a matter of fact, because of his slothfulness and lack of motivation, he was unemployed far more regularly than he was employed. And when he did get a job, he had an exceptionally difficult time getting to work when his shift began, he characteristically received less than satisfactory performance appraisals, and he called off sick so consistently that he typically got fired a week or two after he started working. To no one’s disbelief, one of the effects of Jesse’s less than stellar employment track record was the fact that he was without much money most of the time.

In spite of Jesse’s less than positive work history and financial disregard, however, one way or another he made it his business to drink in an abusive and irresponsible manner almost everyday.

So it came as no big jolt when Jesse received a second DWI. When he went before the court, the judge clearly stated to Jesse that his alcohol-related conduct was irresponsible and, consequently, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve ten months behind bars.

Time In The Municipal Jail To Reflect On The Adverse Results of Abusive and Hazardous Drinking

During his time in the municipal jail, Jesse was required to learn more about alcohol facts, about the negative effects of irresponsible drinking, and he was required to get alcohol counseling. The judge emphasized the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol rehab and discovers how to live a life of abstinence, he will most likely be spending quite a bit of his time imprisoned.

Jesse articulated that he understood what the judge was pronouncing but he still asserted that placement in the city jail was not the most realistic judgment. The judge saw things in an entirely different Manner and declared that it was his responsibility to keep alcohol dependent individuals off the streets who drive under the influence and who receive one or more DWIs. To validate this assertion, the judge outlined some honored, comprehensively researched alcohol statistics that underscored some of the distressing effects that are linked to hazardous and abusive drinking.

Although Jesse understood that he drank in an abusive manner, he never believed that he was an alcohol addicted person. So it was a rude awakening when Jesse began experiencing alcohol withdrawals roughly eight hours after getting incarcerated.

To monitor his alcohol withdrawal symptoms in a safe and secure manner, Jesse was life flighted to a rehab facility for alcohol detox and then brought back to the municipal jail. While locked up in the municipal jail Jesse received alcohol treatment but due to the fact that he got this treatment as something that was mandated for him, he neglected to take ownership of his hazardous and excessive drinking.

When his time in jail was over, the magistrate without reservation announced to Jesse that he would be under strict scrutiny and would be mandated to take random breathalyzer alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Hazardous Drinking Stops Him From Living in a Responsible and Productive Manner

After hearing how Jesse neglected to take ownership of his drinking situation and how he unenthusiastically followed the counseling regimen while behind bars, the magistrate knew that it was essentially a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his abusive drinking behavior. As the magistrate reflected on Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some people never use common sense and discover how to live in a responsible and accountable manner.

When Janice was in high school, she had obtained a reputation as a person who studied much of the time and who rarely, if ever, let her hair down by drinking with her friends. She seemed nearly obsessed about excelling academically so that she would be able to secure a career that she not only got pleasure from but one that also gave her a degree of security from a financial position.

After much contemplation, finally she made up her mind that she wanted to be a trial lawyer. In order to do this, however, she would first have to attend four years of undergrad education.

After Graduating From High School Janice Gets Accepted Into A Prominent Undergraduate University as a Foundation For a Career as an Attorney

After Janice finished high school, she applied to and was accepted into a celebrated program in sociology. Her rationale for this decision was that this area of study would be good training for law school and wouldn’t be indistinguishable from the bulk of law school applicants who major in political science at the undergraduate level.

After graduating with highest honors at the undergraduate level, she applied to and was accepted at a well known law school at one of the Ivy League universities.

She was energized by her legal studies but periodically she was overwhelmed with all the work that had to be accomplished at law school. In much the same way as she had done in her high school and undergraduate days, however, she made buddies quite easily but very infrequently participated in social activities until the school period was done.

After Thrilled with the Fact That She Had Done a Super Job on Her Tests, Janice Wanted to Let Her Hair Down and Do Something Besides Going to College For a Change

Janice was the kind of person who worked meticulously to complete what she was doing and then would take a couple of days off when she could. As is the case, however, the vast majority of the things she did between school sessions or during her summer vacations did not have much to do with drinking. Clearly, Janice was anything but a party-person. Now that her final examinations for her second year in law school were over and feeling overjoyed that she had done extremely well on her exams, however, she wanted to take a break and do some celebrating.

Drinking at a Local Nightclub Results in Symptoms of Alcohol Poisoning, Calling 911, The Emergency Services Number, and An Ambulance Ride to An Alcohol Rehab Clinic

So Janice and several of her buddies went to a local club where they had a few cocktails. As the hours quickly passed, Janice continued to drink without having to worry about tests or research projects the next day. Indeed, Janice told her buddies how enjoyable it was to have fun drinking with classmates from her apartment.

As the evening went by, Janice and her friends continued to drink. As a matter of fact, she was having such a terrific time that she didn’t want the night to come to an end. It was almost like she was making up for lost time and attempting to compress a year’s worth of fun into a single evening. Such a “game plan,” however, infrequently works. Indeed, when Janice went to the restroom and vomited, her pals started to feel uneasy about her wellbeing.

About thirty minutes later when Janice started to talk in a confused manner, slur her speech, and then become unconscious, in spite of this, her pals without delay knew that they needed to call 911, the emergency services number, and ask for medical assistance because they suspected that Janice was exhibiting alcohol poisoning symptoms.

Once Janice was in the drug and alcohol rehab hospital, the head physician corroborated what her buddies had suspected, to be precise, that Janice had significantly more alcohol than her body could metabolize and, as a consequence, she experienced an alcohol overdose.

After the medical team pumped her stomach until no gastric contents were discernible, Janice was transported to the recovery room. After staying around three hours in recovery, Janice was then relocated to one of the regular hospital rooms. Fortunately, the worst part of her hospitalization had passed and all of her vital signs returned to normal.

In response to Janice’s medical predicament, her friends caringly called her parents. Consequently, early the next morning, her Mom and Dad and her best buddies went to the hospital to see Janice.

Janice Comes an Inch From Losing Her Life, is Gratified to be Alive, and Promises to Never Again Drink in an Abusive and Irresponsible Manner

Janice was conscious of the fact that she had dodged a bullet and, as a result, was grateful to be alive. Her Mother and Father realized how rigorously she studied at college and how little she permitted herself to socialize with her pals. Nonetheless, they also were aware that Janice needed to keep away from excessive drinking.

As a consequence, they recommended that in the future, whenever a drinking opportunity unfolds, that she always drink in moderation. Janice agreed and gave her word to her friends and to her Mom and Dad that she would never again drink in an excessive manner. As stated by Janice, “I never had a clue that I would become one of the alcohol abuse and alcoholism statistics in the local city newspaper. I now understand that abusive and hazardous drinking is not for me. I guarantee that this will never happen again.”

Fortunately, Janice was not only “school smart” but she also possessed common sense. Stated differently, she instantaneously understood that she had made an error in judgment and decided that she would never make the same error again. Indeed, she now realized that she had involved herself in “binge drinking” and that even one instance of this kind of abusive drinking can end in death.

Jesse had an extremely hard time maintaining a job. If truth be told, because of his lassitude and lack of motivation, he was unemployed far more regularly than he was in a state of employment. And when he did land a job, he had a particularly hard time getting to work when his shift began, he typically received less than acceptable performance reviews, and he called off sick so often that he regularly got fired two or three weeks after he began working. To no one’s astonishment, one of the consequences of Jesse’s irresponsible work history was the fact that he was virtually broke from day-to-day.

Despite Jesse’s appalling employment record and financial misbehavior, nevertheless, in some way he made it a point to drink abusively on a daily basis.

So it came as no big jolt when Jesse got arrested for a second DUI. When he went to court, the judge told Jesse that his alcohol-related conduct was shameful and, as a consequence, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve eight months in the city jail.

Time In Jail To Reflect On The Negative Outcomes of Abusive Drinking

During his time in the municipal jail, Jesse was required to learn more about alcohol facts, about the destructive results of abusive and irresponsible drinking, and he was expected to get alcohol rehab. The magistrate highlighted the fact that unless Jesse gets professional alcohol treatment and discovers how to live an alcohol-free life, he will most likely be spending quite a bit of his time placed behind bars.

Jesse said that he grasped what the magistrate was asserting but he still asserted that placement in the municipal jail was not the proper judgment. The magistrate saw things in an entirely different Manner and asserted that it was his duty to keep alcoholics off the streets who drive under the influence and who get one or more DWIs. To support this assertion, the judge outlined some venerable, highly researched alcohol statistics that stressed some of the adverse outcomes that are related to abusive drinking.

Even though Jesse knew that he drank in an excessive and hazardous manner, he never believed that he was an individual who was addicted to alcohol. So it was quite a shock when Jesse started suffering from symptoms of alcohol withdrawal just about seven hours after getting locked up in the municipal jail.

To deal with his alcohol withdrawal symptoms in a safe manner, Jesse was life flighted to a drug and alcohol treatment center for alcohol detox and then returned to the municipal jail. While in jail Jesse undertook alcohol rehabilitation but because he received this treatment as something that was forced upon him, he did not take ownership of his hazardous and irresponsible drinking.

When his time in jail was finished, the magistrate without hesitation told Jesse that he would be under rigorous scrutiny and would be required to take periodic random breathalyzer alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Excessive Drinking Prevents Him From Living in a Responsible and Mature Manner

After hearing how Jesse was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his drinking problem and how he halfheartedly followed the therapy modus operandi while in jail, the judge knew that it was basically a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his hazardous and abusive drinking behavior. As the judge reflected on Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some individuals never figure things out and learn how to live in a productive and effective manner.

Jesse had a hard time maintaining a job. As a matter of fact, because of his lassitude and lack of motivation, he was out of a job far more frequently than he was in a job situation. And when he did secure a job, he had a particularly difficult time getting to work in a timely manner, he typically received poor performance appraisals, and he called off sick so habitually that he typically got fired four or five weeks after he started working. It almost goes without saying that one of the effects of Jesse’s awful employment track record was the fact that he was without much money from day-to-day.

Despite Jesse’s less than great employment record and financial mismanagement, however, by some means he made it a point to drink excessively on a day-to-day basis.

So it came as no big shock when Jesse got a fifth DWI. When he went before the court, the judge explained to Jesse that his alcohol-related actions was irresponsible and, consequently, he was going to sentence Jesse to serve five months in the municipal jail.

Time In The Municipal Jail To Think About The Unhealthy Results of Careless Drinking

During his time behind bars, Jesse was expected to learn more about alcohol facts, about the destructive consequences of hazardous and abusive drinking, and he was expected to get alcohol therapy. The judge emphasized the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol rehab and discovers how to live a life of sobriety, he will more likely than not be spending a lot more time in jail.

Jesse articulated that he grasped what the magistrate was declaring but he still claimed that incarceration was not the proper response. The judge thought otherwise and claimed that it was his duty to keep alcohol abusers off the streets who drive and drink and who get multiple DWIs. To give credibility to this statement, the judge listed some venerable, thoroughly researched alcohol statistics that emphasized some of the disruptive outcomes that are associated with hazardous and excessive drinking.

Even though Jesse comprehended that he drank in a hazardous manner, he never thought that he was an alcohol addicted individual. So it was a real bombshell when Jesse began suffering from alcohol withdrawals just about six hours after getting locked up in jail.

To monitor his alcohol withdrawal symptoms in a safe and secure manner, Jesse was taken to an alcohol rehabilitation hospital for alcohol detox and then returned to the city jail. While behind bars Jesse was given alcohol rehab but because he got this counseling as something that was mandated for him, he did not take ownership of his hazardous drinking.

When his time in the local jail was completed, the judge without indecision announced to Jesse that he would be under rigorous observation and would be mandated to take periodic urine alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Irresponsible and Abusive Drinking Stops Him From Living in an Adult and Productive Manner

After hearing how Jesse was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his drinking problem and how he grudgingly followed the treatment policy and procedures while in the local jail, the judge knew that it was just a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his irresponsible drinking behavior. As the judge thought about Jesse’s circumstance, he couldn’t help but think about how some individuals never use their intellect and learn how to live in an accountable and effective manner.

Jesse had a very difficult time maintaining a job. Indeed, because of his slothfulness and lack of drive, he was out of a job far more regularly than he was in a state of employment. And when he did land a job, he had a hard time getting to work when his shift began, he frequently received poor performance appraisals, and he called off sick so frequently that he typically got fired two or three weeks after he started working. Not unexpectedly, one of the consequences of Jesse’s irresponsible work track record was the fact that he was virtually penniless much of the time.

Regardless of Jesse’s awful work record and financial misconduct, then again, one way or another he managed to drink in an excessive and abusive manner from day-to-day.

So it came as no big surprise when Jesse got a fifth DUI. When he went before the court, the magistrate told Jesse that his alcohol-related conduct was appalling and, consequently, he was going to sentence Jesse to spend twelve months locked up in jail.

Time While Locked Up In Jail To Think About The Destructive Results of Abusive Drinking

During his time while locked up in jail, Jesse was expected to learn more about alcohol facts, about the unhealthy outcomes of irresponsible and abusive drinking, and he was expected to get alcohol counseling. The judge underlined the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol rehab and discovers how to live a life of sobriety, he will probably be spending more than a short amount of time in the city jail.

Jesse said that he understood what the judge was declaring but he still stated that placement in the local jail was not the appropriate judgment. The judge disagreed and stated that it was his professional duty to keep alcohol dependent people off the streets who drink and drive and who get arrested for one or more DUIs. To support this statement, the magistrate articulated some long-standing, extensively researched alcohol statistics that highlighted some of the unhealthy outcomes that are related to careless drinking.

Although Jesse realized that he drank in an excessive and abusive manner, he never thought that he was a person who was addicted to alcohol. So it was a real bombshell when Jesse started to have alcohol withdrawal symptoms about two hours after getting locked up in the county jail.

To manage his alcohol withdrawals in a safe manner, Jesse was taken by ambulance to an alcohol rehab hospital for alcohol detox and then returned to jail. While locked up in jail Jesse undertook alcohol rehab but due to the fact that he got this therapy as something that was mandated for him, he was unsuccessful in taking ownership of his thoughtless drinking.

When his time behind bars was finished, the judge without vacillation announced to Jesse that he would be under careful scrutiny and would be required to take periodic random breath alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Excessive Drinking Stops Him From Living in a Mature Manner

After hearing how Jesse did not take ownership of his drinking problem and how he grudgingly followed the treatment procedures while in the city jail, the magistrate knew that it was only a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his irresponsible and hazardous drinking behavior.

Jesse had a very hard time keeping a job. Indeed, because of his languor and lack of incentive, he was without a job far more frequently than he was in work. And when he did secure a job, he had an exceptionally hard time getting to work on time, he frequently received less than great performance reviews, and he called off sick so consistently that he almost always got fired a few weeks after he began working. To no one’s astonishment, one of the effects of Jesse’s less than stellar employment history was the fact that he was virtually without a dime on a day-to-day basis.

Regardless of Jesse’s less than great employment history and financial misconduct, however, somehow he made it a point to drink in an abusive manner on an everyday basis.

So it came as no big shock when Jesse got arrested for a second DUI. When he went before the court, the magistrate clearly stated to Jesse that his alcohol-related actions was unacceptable and, as a result, he was going to sentence Jesse to spend ten months incarcerated in jail.

Time In The County Jail To Think About The Disruptive Consequences of Irresponsible and Hazardous Drinking

During his time in the municipal jail, Jesse was expected to learn more about alcohol facts, about the damaging results of hazardous and abusive drinking, and he was expected to get alcohol treatment. The magistrate underlined the fact that unless Jesse receives professional alcohol counseling and learns how to live a life of sobriety, he will quite possibly be spending more than a short amount of time locked up.

Jesse articulated that he comprehended what the judge was asserting but he still believed that incarceration was not the most productive response. The judge thought otherwise and declared that it was his job to keep alcohol dependent people off the streets who drink and drive and who get arrested for a DUI. To corroborate this assertion, the judge quoted some honored, highly researched alcohol statistics that stressed some of the unhealthy effects that are linked to excessive drinking.

Even though Jesse grasped the fact that he drank in a hazardous manner, he never felt that he was an individual who was addicted to alcohol. So it was a real shocker when Jesse started suffering from symptoms of withdrawal roughly seven-and-a-half after getting locked up in jail.

To treat his symptoms of alcohol withdrawal in a safe manner, Jesse was transferred to a rehabilitation facility for alcohol detoxification and then returned to the municipal jail. While in jail Jesse got alcohol rehabilitation but due to the fact that he got this treatment as something that was imposed upon him, he did not take ownership of his excessive and irresponsible drinking.

When his time behind bars was over, the magistrate without vacillation told Jesse that he would be under strict observation and would be required to take random blood alcohol tests.

Jessie’s Thoughtless Drinking Stops Him From Living in a Responsible Manner

After hearing how Jesse neglected to take ownership of his drinking situation and how he unwillingly followed the rehabilitation procedures while in the county jail, the magistrate knew that it was basically a matter of time before he would be seeing Jesse once again in court about his abusive and hazardous drinking behavior. As the judge reflected on Jesse’s situation, he couldn’t help but think about how some individuals never ”get it” and discover how to live in an accountable and responsible manner.
